Firstly, I create the overview and determine the requirements for the new project. Subsequently I review whether your internal resources meet or exceed the requirements of the project. 

Depending on the outcome, I can advice how a (project) organization should be set up, and/or I can fulfil an interim (project) management position to complete any project.
